Do you have expertise in entrepreneurship and business models? Join the School of Entrepreneurship and Sales at Turku University of Applied Sciences as a researcher.
We are looking for a new researcher specializing in entrepreneurship and business models to join our innovative work community. For example, your expertise and research field can focus on sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship and value creation, renewing business models and their impacts on business, digital business, using artificial intelligence in business, scaling and growth in entrepreneurship, or another core skill that helps meet current and future challenges under the heading ”entrepreneurship and sales”.
Your key tasks include research, development and innovation activities (RDI) in our research group and participation in publishing activities. Through your activities, you will promote the internationalisation of the research group by actively working in academic and professional networks.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- The position requires a suitable licentiate or doctoral degree and at least three years of practical work experience in the priorities listed above.
- The position requires demonstrations of independent RDI activities and of acquiring external funding.
- We appreciate expertise in multidisciplinary collaboration and projects: We hope that you will be familiar with the logic, processes and application procedures in RDI projects. You also understand the project-like nature of an RDI initiative and know how to act as a project manager in charge of the project content.
- You have experience, competence and enthusiasm for publishing activities.
- You have the skills to work and teach in English.
- We value activeness in various networks and an approach that develops working life.
- We expect commitment to the objectives of Turku UAS as well as initiative, innovation and enthusiasm for new things.
