Study of the photophysical properties of Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence (TADF) organic materials
The activity will concern the study and advanced electro-optical characterization of organic materials endowed with thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) as well as the optimization of deposition techniques for their integration of thin films on flexible substrate. Understanding the structural, morphological, electrical and optical properties of the materials and fabricated thin films, the study of the supramolecular organization will be crucial for the development of optoelectronic devices

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: • Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, and professional cv of an adequate standard for research; • PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Physics and Nanoscience or in the fields related to the topic of the call; • Documented post-doctoral experience of at least 2 years in: Advanced study of the optical properties of innovative materials and implementation of organic opto-electronic devices; • Professional scientific experience, tested also by scientific publications on the following subjects: o Study and design of innovative organic materials; o Study of the supramolecular organization, photochemistry and advanced photophysical characterization; o Experience in the use of deposition techniques of nanostructured materials on rigid and flexible substrates. • Good level of English and some knowledge of Italian

Additional Information
Contract of one year (renewable). Yearly gross remuneration for one year: “26000” €
