Offer Description
Development of biomimetic nanostructures for precision medicine
The research activity will concern the isolation, manipulation and characterization of sub-cellular components such as cell
membranes, nuclear membranes and organelles to be assembled together with nanostructured material through
nanofabrication techniques for the creation of biomimetic nanostructures for the delivery of molecules
biologically/pharmacologically active with applications in the field of precision nanomedicine. Along with the experimental
activities, the grant holder will also have to contribute to the planning of the project activities and their reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent, and professional cv of an adequate standard for research; Documented research experience, also documented with scientific in: o chemical synthesis and chemical/physical characterization of polymeric nanoparticles; o cell biology techniques, including cell culture and immunostaining; o extraction of cellular components, such as cell membranes and subcellular organelles; o biochemical and molecular biology techniques;
Good level of English and some knowledge of Italian

Additional Information
Contract of one year (renewable). Yearly gross remuneration for one year: “19.367,00” €

Interview , only for admitted candidates , on FEBRUARY 19th 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at CNR’s NANOTEC Institute of Lecce, c/o Campus Ecotekne, Via Monteroni – 73100 Lecce – Italy.
