Job description:
You will work on the development and optimization of novel microfluidic NMR systems for the structural characterization of biomacromolecules, in particular for the quantitative investigation of protein binding events. Your area of responsibility includes the application of such a system to the problem of automated high-throughput analysis of protein binding to a library of molecular fragments, the development of novel NMR data acquisition and processing strategies in the same field as well maintaining complete and detailed laboratory documentation and notes.
In addition, you will supervise master's and semester theses and publish your results in international journals and at conferences.
The activity offers the opportunity for a part-time doctorate.
