Job profile:
In this position you will carry out high level research and specialise in a particular field. You will hold your own lectures, tutor students and participate in administration.
Tasks:
• Research in the areas of Information Security, Digital Forensics, and Privacy
• Teaching in the area of web and application security (in English)
• Student supervision
• Administrative tasks
Qualification Requirements:
• Pertinent doctoral degree or PhD
• Excellent knowledge in the areas of Information Security, Digital Forensics, and Privacy
• Strong publication record
• Proven teaching competence
• Creativity and strong execution skills
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Experience in the area of software development (esp. open source) is an advantage
• Knowledge of the German language is an advantage
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm for academic research
• Reliability
• High team spirit
