Adaptability of sea urchins to ocean acidification along a pH gradient in a natural CO2 vent.
Tasks and responsabilities: Underwater sampling of sea urchins Management of biological samples; Analyses of stable isotopes; Metabarcoding; Metabolic analyses; Statistical & bioinformatic analyses; Manuscript writing
Requirements

Research experience with marine invertebrates.
Skills in molecular techniques, including DNA library construction.
Skills in bioinformatics, including metabarcoding and population genomics. Skills in metabolism analyses using respirometry
Diving licence (over 50 dives).

Additional Information
Gross salary per year: 23,800€
