Call for Position: DTIC-PLCT-2023-60 - Research Support position – Part-time project manager for research project

Tasks to be performed:

Project manager of the iDEM project and assisting the coordinator with all aspects related to the communication with the funding body and the EU and associated partners of the project.

• Collaboration in the monitoring and control of project budget and of the project deadlines. 
• Document preparation, meeting organization, management of the project agenda, preparation of meeting notes, assistance with web site content, and dissemination activities in social networks. 
• Administration and monitoring of the social networks of the project. Organization of periodic project meetings.
• Assistance with the development of all project templates related to deliverables, scientific presentations, logo and website design and maintenance. Helping with quality assessment of project deliverables. 
• Management of mailing lists and other communication means adopted by the project. Assisting the coordinator in the organization of workshops and other dissemination events. Assisting the UPF team with travel and expenses associated to the project. Organization and maintenance of the resources of the project in shared repositories. 

These tasks are related to the project management WP7 (activities of external advisory board, quality procedures), Dissemination WP5 (diseminación activities) and ethics WP6 (ethics training and support; data management, ethics protocols).

Dedication and working hours: Part time (20h/week)

Planned remuneration approx: 22K € gross / year

Financing fund: PREUR00124, PREUR02523 - HE-CL2-iDEM-101132431- JL Martí, Innovative and Inclusive Democratic Spaces for Deliberation and Participation, project that ends on 31/12/2026 and has a deadline for submission of final reports on February 28, 2027. This position is funded by the EUROPEAN UNION, Program: Horizon Europe (2021-2027).
