Contest point 13 – Doctoral Student

MSc in natural sciences; overall grade point average at the previous levels of study (undergraduate and graduate, i.e. integrated studies) which ensures admission to doctoral studies.

Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge of physics/chemistry of materials, computer skills (Linux, Python), and experience in modeling materials from first principles or with experience in using machine learning techniques.

Along with the application  candidates should attach: CV, appropriate diploma of completed studies, Supplementary document on studies (undergraduate and graduate, i.e. integrated studies) confirming which exams were passed and with what grade, e-mail contact of at least one person for recommendation, and other evidence of meeting the criteria and additional criteria.

Selected candidates who have obtained their higher qualifications outside Croatia will be required, before the signing of the employment contract, to obtain the Ruling on the Recognition of Foreign Higher Educational Qualifications issued by the Agency for Science and Higher Education.

ln accordance with Article 13 of the Gender Equality Act, persons of both sexes may compete in hiring competitions.
