Offer Description

We select researcher profiles for activities on Development of stimuli-responsive biomaterials and computational analysis methods for applications in biorobotics and rehabilitation.

 Positions

The positions (1 staff unit) will be activated within the framework of a full-time employment contract (level III, fixed-term) within the PNRR project " Nano Foundries and Fine analysis - Digital Infrastructure (NFFA-DI) -  cup B53C22004310006, in compliance with conditions and salary of the public research sector, full working flexibility (fully flexible working hours, working from home) and benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, professional development support, tax and family benefits). The contract will have a duration of 12 months, with possible extensions.

 Requirements

Successful candidates applying to these specific positions must demonstrate at least three years of experience and/or a PhD in the realization by means of physical vapor deposition techniques (H.V. thermal evaporation, e-beam, sputtering) or solution cast of materials and devices based on organic, inorganic and hybrid semiconductors, and their optical and electrical characterization (Photoluminescence, Electroluminescence, I-V measurements); implementation and development of experimental set-ups to study the electrical and optoelectronic properties of materials and devices based on organic, inorganic and hybrid semiconductors (Time of Flight – TOF; Charge Extraction by Linearly Increasing Voltage - CELIV; Thermally Stimulated Current – TSC; Space Charge Limited Current - SCLC).

 Activities

Selected researchers will work within the strongly interdisciplinary environment of the CNR-NANOTEC Institute of Lecce.
