Offer Description
This post is to develop a clinician/researcher-friendly user-interface and visual analytics (Work-Package 5) and ensure all required data safety and privacy to facilitate the clinical translation and use of the tools and algorithms generated within the project The successful candidate will have an engineering or computer science degree; experience in development of computer graphics or 3D processing/visualization applications is recommended. Prior experience in medical imaging / machine learning will also be valued.
Tasks to be performed: To develop a clinician/researcher-friendly user-interface and visual analytics (Work-Package 5) and ensure all required data safety and privacy to facilitate the clinical translation and use of the tools and algorithms generated within the project.
Dedication and working hours: Full time (35h/week)
Planned remuneration approx: 32.469,22 € gross / year
Financing fund: Proyecto PRESP01521 - PID2020-114083GB-I00 / AEI/10.13039/501100011033 - Sukno, Federico Mateo - Early Screening of Craniofacial Anomalies in Newborn Faces (eSCANFace), financiado por MCIN/ AEI /10.13039/501100011033, project that ends the 31/08/2024.

The successful candidate will have an:
- Engineering, mathematics or computer science degree.
- Ability to communicate in at least one of the following languages: English, Spanish or Catalan.
- Have Spanish nationality, be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union. If you have non-EU nationality, you need a work permit to be hired on October 16, 2023.
The expected start date is October 16th, 2023, the job is in Barcelona.
Additional Information
The selection of the candidates will be made through evaluation of the curriculum and, where appropriate, with the carrying out a test and/or interview. Valuation will be as follows:
- Academic Training adequate to the project tasks (0-20 points):
- Professional experience and Adequacy to the proposed profile (0-60 points):
- Experience in development of computer graphics or 3D processing/visualization applications.
- Prior experience in medical imaging / machine learning.
- Other merits (0-20 points): Good English skills, both written and spoken.
The minimum score to pass the selection process is 70 points. The candidate with the highest score in the selection process will be offered the job and in case of resignation, the position will be awarded to the next person in order of score obtained, as long as the established minimum score has been passed.
