Offer Description
Investigates the evolution of tissue-specific transcriptomes.
The candidate will perform a deep comparative analysis of homologous tissue transcriptomes obtained for 20 different bilaterian species. The job will involve analyzing the evolution of gene expression and alternative splicing.
