Offer Description
The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions stated in Art. 113 and 116 of the Act of 20th July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws: 2023, item 742 as amended) as well as the Szczecin University Statute and fulfill the criteria indicated in the competition.
The competition is the first stage of the procedure of employing academic staff, and its positive outcome is the basis for further proceedings.
The candidate should fulfill the following criteria:
1. have a doctoral degree in pedagogy; have a master's degree in early childhood pedagogy;
2. have publications in the field of pedagogy;
3. have a history of active participation in scientific conferences in the field;
4. have experience in teaching as an early childhood educator (at least 5 years);
5. be fluent in the Polish language.
Candidates entering the competition should submit the following documents:
1.a letter of application (addressed to the Rector of Szczecin University);
2. CV containing all relevant academic information;
3. questionnaire (form available to download);
4. a document (or certified copy thereof) confirming the award of academic degrees, if documents are not in Polish, a certified translation is required as well as a certificate of equivalence to the Polish academic degree;
5. list of publications;
6. documents confirming active participation in conferences;
7. documents confirming experience in teaching as an early educator;
8. a statement of compliance with requirements as specified in Art. 113 of the Act of 20th July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws: 2023, item 742 as amended);
9. a statement that Szczecin University will be the candidate's main place of employment;
10. a candidate's consent for the processing of personal data by Szczecin University in the recruitment process.
