Assistant - Department of Microbiology

Along with the general requirements for employment, candidates must fulfill the conditions prescribed by the Croatian Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activities, Ordinance on Academic Promotion and Advancement Requirements, and Proceedings of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry and Rector's Conference. Along with the general requirements for employment, candidates must have completed university graduate or university undergraduate and graduate or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies in Pharmacy; grade point average at the previous level of study (undergraduate and graduate, ie integrated study) 4.0 - exceptionally if the candidate has a lower average of 4.0. is obliged to submit the letters of recommendation of two professors (teachers). Additional selection criteria will be the awards, prizes, excellence in study and research work and participation in scientific research, published papers,personal presentations at scientific conferences, and knowledge of the English language.

In the signed application form, applicants must provide personal information: name and surname, address,telephone number, e-mail address, and the title of the job for which theyare applying.
The signed application has to be accompanied by:

1. proof of nationality
2. copy of the diploma or a certificate awarded on completion of a university
3. Curriculum Vitae
4. the certificate of grade average during university education
5. reccomendation letter (if necessary)
6. evidence of knowledge of the Croatian language (advanced level) – for non-native speakers
7. all the necessary documentation required by the law to confirm the priority in employmentunder special regulations (if any)
