Offer Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and creative young researcher graduated with a PhD diploma in Biological Sciences and/or Cancerology (other disciplines such as chemistry, microbiology, parasitology, geology, hydrology… are not eligible). The candidate must have a strong expertise (attested by recent publications in high-ranking journals) in molecular and cellular biology, cell culture, genetics, CRISPR technology, cell signaling, and/or animal models, and be fluent in English. The post-doc fellowship is granted by the French National Institute of Cancer (INCa) at a salary rate of approximatively 2 100€/months without taxes.
The recruited person will join a team working on pediatric oncology for ten years and composed of PIs, post-docs, PhD students and Engineer. The project aims to develop new therapeutic approaches for the treatment of hepatoblastoma and will be done in close collaboration with several technical platforms of the Bordeaux University and Bordeaux Institute of Oncology (U1312 Inserm), France. The candidate will perform (i) in vitro cell culture and cell assays on a S3 live cell analysis IncuCyte system, (ii) molecular analyses (PCRq, siRNA, CRISPR/cas9, WB, IF, IHC, omics...), virus-based gene transduction and delivery, in vivo analyses in chicken embryo and mouse models.
