Offer Description
Active participation in research, teaching and administration. This involves
- Internationally oriented research in the field of education and life course.
- Publications in relevant English-language ISI journals
- Presentations of own research at international conferences
- Development of an externally funded project
- Participation in the organization of workshops, meetings and conferences
- Independent teaching of courses in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in educational science as defined by the collective agreement.
- Participation in research and teaching administration
- Supervision of students
Requirements
- Completed PhD with a focus on education in the life course
- Publications on relevant topics in English-language journals
- Proficiency in quantitative (qualitative, if applicable) methods of educational research
- Proven international research optics and experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Teaching experience at universities
- Computer user skills
In addition, we expect the successful candidate to have
- Commitment to teaching courses, mentoring students and introducing them to the current state of research.
- Organizational and team skills
- Experience with international cooperation, international networks and/or work
