The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) and Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) are organising a pilot science and policy matchmaking event to bring together researchers and potential policy-related host institutions.
The event will focus on the opportunities under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) for linking researchers and policymakers, since MSCA is one of the key programmes fostering intersectoral, international and interdisciplinary research cooperation.
The pilot virtual session, which will be held on 31 May 2022 (9.30-13.00 CEST), will specifically discuss MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF). Next MSCA PF call is opening in May 2022 (closing mid-September 2022) and the event aims at bring together researchers applying for PF, who are looking for placement hosts, and policymakers interested in hosting researchers as part of their science-policy work.
