Corporate Development Department

The Corporate Development department focuses its research and teaching on the management, strategy and design of organizations. Central areas of the department are entrepreneurship, organization, human resources, strategy, and business ethics.
YOUR TASKS
design, implement, present and publish high-quality research in the area of OB (focus: diversity & inclusion, work relationships)
teach OB topics, provide teaching support, supervise theses (4 SWS)
mentor doctoral students
build and maintain an organizational network for field research (experiments)
YOUR PROFILE
(soon to be) completed PhD/doctorate in psychology, business administration, economics, or a related social sciences discipline (education/degree in psychology is a plus)
scientific curiosity and collaborative orientation
expertise in research design (e.g. (field) experiments) and advanced statistics (e.g. multilevel modelling)
interest in applied work / working with organizations
high level of proficiency in English (German is a plus but NOT required)

The position is available from 1 August 2025 (or later) on a full-time basis (39,83 hours per week). The position is to be filled for a fixed term until 31 July 2028. If the applicant meets the relevant wage requirements and personal qualifications, the salary will be based on remuneration group 13 TV-L of the pay scale for the German public sector.
