About
The EU-Korea Climate Action Project, launched in2018 as an EU funded project, has supported climate actions of various actors to promote low carbon and green transition through cooperation and exchange between Korea and the EU.
As the project closes in October, we have prepared an opportunity to share the results of our activities with partner organizations and to explore tasks and potential cooperation between the EU and Korea to achieve carbon neutrality.

Purpose
To share outcomes and lessons of the EU-KO Climate Action Project which has been implemented from January 2018, to accelerate climate actions in Korea through cooperation between climate stakeholders in the EU and Korea, with focus on energy, building and mobility, as the Climate Action Project will end in October 2021;
To provide insights and recommendations on the pathways, key challenges, and roles of various stakeholders to achieve 2050 climate neutrality in Korea, based on outcomes and lessons of climate actions implemented under the EU-Korea Climate Action Project;
To explore how to develop future cooperation between the EU and Korea to accelerate climate actions and achieve climate neutrality;
