Funding webinar on France – North America biomedical research collaboration

OnThursday, April 3rd, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon EDT (5:00 to 6:00 PM CEST), Inserm (France's National Institute of Health and Medical Research) will host a webinar on bilateral funding for biomedical research collaboration for Canada and the United States with France.

Bilateral funds are among key instruments of the scientific cooperation policy led by the French Embassies in North America. They aim to facilitate world-class collaborations between French research teams and some of the most prestigious universities in North America. 

This webinar will highlight the opportunities offered by various bilateral funds (see list below) with the United States and Canada, presenting their key aspects (number and amounts of grants, priority research areas, practical advice for applicants), helping researchers better navigate these funding opportunities for collaborative biomedical research. 

This webinar is open to French researchers working in Insermlabs and colleagues specializing in Health and Biology from American and Canadian partner universities involved in these funds.
