Find Your Host Institution: MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 call

Do you plan to apply for the 2025 MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships call? Are you looking for a host institution in Europe?

EURAXESS Worldwide, in collaboration with the MSCA Unit at DG EAC and the MSCA National Contact Points, is organizing a webinar for researchers looking for potential host institutions in Europe for the 2025 MSCA-PF call. We encourage our members in Canada and the United States to join and consider the presentations from prospective European host institutions aiming to attract applicants.

The webinar take place on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, beginning at 8:45 AM ET (5:45 AM PT / 2:45 PM CEST—convert to your local time zone here) and lasting approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes total. If you are interested in particular countries, you can view the flyer below with the times listed in Eastern Time and join the presentations most important to you.

Representatives from Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, France, Latvia, Malta, The Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Türkiye will speak. The free event is open to researchers of all nationalities based anywhere in the world, but advance registration is required. The webinar will be held on Zoom in English.

Researchers from all scientific disciplines with a doctoral degree and a maximum of eight years of full-time post-graduate research experience at the time of the submission deadline are eligible to apply.

European Postdoctoral Fellowships are available at a host institution in any of the 27 EU Member States or at a host institution in any of the countries that are associated to the EU's Horizon Europe R&I framework program.

The mobility rule applies to all applicants: they must not have lived or worked in the host institution’s country for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to the submission deadline.
