Fondazione 1563 per l’Arte e la Cultura of the Compagnia di San Paolo
has since 2013 supported research and advanced training in the field of
the humanities. In a wider effort to pursue this goal, Fondazione 1563
is now expanding its fellowship programme to historical research in a
global perspective. To this end, it has created the Turin Humanities Programme,
a research initiative that will allow junior scholars to work on
interrelated research projects under the guidance of especially
appointed senior scholars.
DEADLINE: 15th February 2021
The Scientific Committee of the THP and Fondazione1563 have decided
to devote the first research cycle of the THP (2021-2023) to the
investigation of the Enlightenment legacy: the rights of man in a global perspective.
Fondazione 1563 is pleased to launch the first call for
applications to award 4 two-year fellowships for advanced studies on
this topic.
The 2020 call for applications is available online under THP/Call for applications/THP–2020: http://www.fondazione1563.it/en/thp/call-for-applications-thp/thp-2020/

Applicants should normally be within 7 years of the award of their PhD.
