日-ＥＵ戦略的高等教育連携支援: 国際共同修士課程プログラム
日本の最低１つの大学と、異なる３つのエラスムスプラスプログラム申請可能国の最低３つの大学がコンソーシアムを構成し、高度に統合された国際共同修士課程プログラム（ジョイント・ディグリー、ダブル・ディグリー等）を構築し、実施する事業を対象とします。当該事業は、大学、教員間の国際的な連携のもとで、学生の海外留学及び受入を通じ、実施することとします
選定件数
３～４件 程度。ただし、 申請の状況等により予算の範囲内で調整することがあります。
補助期間
最大５年間。ただし、国の財政事情等によりこれを必ず保証するものではありません。なお、ＥＵ側の補助事業期間は最大６年間（ただし、初年度を準備期間とした場合に限る。）であるため、事業に参加する日本の大学は補助事業期間後の２０２４年４月以降の資金については、大学において確保する必要があります。

EU-Japan Erasmus+ Joint Master Degree call for applications 2019
In 2019 for the first time Erasmus Mundus opens up to a new partnership model in the form of a joint call EU-Japan. The purpose of the joint call will be to select excellent consortia of European and Japanese universities to develop highly integrated joint master programmes and offer scholarships to students. Mobility of students and scholars between the EU and Japanese universities involved in projects will be a key feature of the action.
The partnership will indicatively co-fund around 3 joint masters which willfoster innovation and excellence in the European and Japanese higher education areas (3MEUR provisioned on EU side, similar funding from Japanese side). These projects will be delivered by international consortia consisting of at least 3 HEIs from Erasmus+ Programme Countries and at least 1 HEI from Japan. All Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees conditions described in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide apply to projects co-funded by the EU-Japan partnership, except where otherwise specified.
