HOT TOPIC: Mission Roundup: Climate Neutral and Smart Cities
The stated goal of the Cities Mission to achieve 100 climate neutral and smart cities by 2030, and to ensure that they also act as experimentation and innovation hubs to all European cities is progressing. A call to join the Mission resulted in applications from 377 cities with 112 eventually chosen in April 2022.
