EURAXESS India is joining the 11th Regional EU Research & Innovation Tour

The 11th Regional EU R&I Tour will be this time heading to the North East. Join us for an exciting trip to Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. The airm of this roadshow is to showcase European opportunities for association in the area of research and innovation. The campaign mobilises Science & Technology Counselors and representatives of research organisations from several member states of the European Union, as well as from the Delegation of the European Union, and EURAXESS India to make presentations in key research and innovation hot spots in India. The tour will begin on 2 April 2019 at the IIT Guwahati followed by an info session at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). The first day concludes at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST). Before taking the train to Itanagar the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) will be visited. In addition to the roadshow schedule, EURAXESS India will conduct an info session at the Don Bosco University, Guwahati on 3 April.

The tour continues with various top-level organisations in Arunachal Pradesh, such as the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), National Institute of Technology (NIT), Arunachal Pradesh, G. B. Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment and Sustainable Development (GBPNIHESD)as well as SRSAC.The tour will conclude at the State Climate Change Cell (NMSHE) of Itanagar on 5 April.
