The "Global Minds Initiative Germany" launched by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt) enables the Humboldt Foundation, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) to offer additional fellowships and to invite top researchers to Germany in the context of existing sponsorship programmes.
