EURAXESS China is organising an event on the occassion of the 2020 European Researchers’ Night on December 17, 18:00-21:00.
In the spirit of the European Researchers’ Night – initiative of the MSCA funded by the European Commission – the European researchers in China will be invited to introduce their research to the online and offline public of Chinese and European researchers.
The event will be a hybrid science communication and networking event held in downtown Shanghai with European and Chinese researchers who can attend on site, and with the online participations of researchers who are currently in Europe.
Researchers in Shanghai and European researchers normally residing in China are invited to participate!
How is it organised?
ON-SITE IN SHANGHAI:
The event will be held at WeWork coworking space in downtown Shanghai, in the evening of Friday 17 December from 18:00 to 20:30.
We will have a nice space with drinks and snacks, ideal for networking. During the evening, European researchers will present their research activities in different sectors and research institutes.
Are you also interested in presenting your research at the event? Contact us!
ONLINE WHEREVER YOU ARE:
Speakers will also join online, and their presentations will be broadcast live at the event, as well as streamed online. In this way, European researchers who are currently in Europe or who cannot attend the Shanghai event will be allowed to give their presentations almost as if they were physically present at the event.
Contact us if you want to join and present your research online.
The event will be broadcast on different platforms. Stay tuned to follow the live stream!
If you want to have a slot to present your research in Shanghai or online, please contact Anna Facchinetti at firstname.lastname@example.org
