Cancer and Environment Department of CLB
The Cancer and Environment Department conducts interdisciplinary research on environmental exposures and cancer risk, with a particular focus on the role of exposure to pesticides and air pollutants. Research is based on interdisciplinary approaches, combining epidemiology, spatial methods and molecular approaches. Research is conducted through local, national, and international collaborations, including with IARC.
Within an interdisciplinary team and under the direction of the Department's head, the researcher will ensure the development of the research program in environmental epidemiology and will develop his own work in this area. The researcher may rely on an interdisciplinary team and existing data.
He will participate in the development of new approaches in collaboration with other teams, in particular on the integration of molecular approaches.
