Dr Kostas Glinos, Head of Unit, Directorate General for Research and Innovation at the European Commission recently completed a fellowship at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
In the attached article, which appeared in the May 26th edition of the Jakarta Post, Dr Glinos reflects on Indoenesian and ASEAN participation in Horizon 2020, the biggest EU research and innovation programme ever, and also identifies opportunities for increased bi-regional cooperation.
