An interactive session highlighting the research collaboration & career opportunities offered by the ERC to Singapore-based researchers.

The ERC supports investigator-driven frontier research across all fields. It awards research grants to scientists and scholars from all over the world, both early-career and senior researchers, carrying out their ambitious research projects in all scientific disciplines.

This information session will highlight how the ERC supports top researchers from anywhere in the world. Participants will learn about the different ERC Funding Schemes available and how to prepare a competitive application. Speakers include ERC grantees and evaluators of ERC grant proposals.

Keynote speaker ERC President Prof Jean-Pierre Bourguignon.

The session will entail information on the forthcoming opportunities for researchers in Singapore to conduct short-term study visits of ERC funded research teams in Europe under the impending Implementing Arrangement between the ERC and NRF.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Post-doctoral researchers and established researchers (PhD + 2 to 15 years experience) of all disciplines and all nationalities. We welcome university executives and administrators. Young scientists including doctoral students who want to join international collaboration between Singapore and EU will also benefit from the information provided.
