European Higher Education Week - Viet Nam

The European Higher Education Week in Viet Nam is organised annually by the Delegation of the European Union and the Embassies of EU Member States to Vietnam. This year's program takes place from 19 to 23 October 2024, including two main events: 

1) the European Education Fairs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi on 19 and 20 October 2024 respectively, and 

2) Erasmus+ Days on 22 and 23 October 2024 in Hanoi.

The European Education Fair welcomes nearly 60 universities from EU countries and is the opportunity for students to learn about scholarship options in various majors and levels. In addition, the consulting booths of the EU Alumni Network, the EU Delegation, the Embassies and organisations of 18 EU member states in Vietnam including Austria , Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden , and EU education programs will share diverse perspectives on the experience of living in Europe.

At the Erasmus+ Days, over 40 European universities and more than 100 Vietnamese universities will participate onsite (and even more online) and students can connect, collaborate, and explore new partnerships between European and Viet Nam under Erasmus+.

H.E. Mr. Margaritis Schinas, Vice President of the European Commission, on his official visit to Viet Nam, will deliver the opening remarks together with the H.E. Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, on 22 October 2024.
