Key responsibilities include:

1. Protein expression, purification and crystallization for X-ray diffraction studies

2. Co-crystallization of supramolecular assemblies with proteins (in collaboration with the Institute of Organic Chemistry PAS, Warsaw)

3. Structural studies of proteins and their supramolecular assemblies using biophysical methods, mainly X-ray crystallography

Benefits

Maximum  period of stipend agreement: 48 months

Stipend’s
amount: 3 000 PLN
per month

  • REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL
    Chemistry: Master Degree or equivalent
    Biological sciences: Master Degree or equivalent
    Physics: Master Degree or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

1. MSc-level experience in
protein crystallization, biochemistry and basic lab techniques

2. Proven record of engagement in
scientific research (letter(s) of recommendation, publications, university records)

3. Good knowledge of biochemistry
and biocrystallography, as well as structural biology.

4. Commitment to research

5. Fluency in English and very good communication skills
