Professor José Manuel Giménez Gómez established at the Dep. Economics at Universitat Rovira I Virgili  (Tarragona, Spain), is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest of potential candidates for the Marie Sklodowska – Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA – IF) 2019 call.

The overarching goal of our group, which is called GRODE is to investigate the way that a scare resource is distributed among the different involved agents, who claim for a part of it. When there is no enough to honour all the claims, appears a bankruptcy problem. In this framework, our research consists of four pillars:

•             Game theory approach to these kind of problems, both as a TU and a NTU game.

•             Axiomatic approximation to these kind of problems.

•             Propose new ways of distribution through both, game theory and axiomatic approaches.

•             Application of the theoretical framework to real problems.

For the Marie Curie IF call of 2019, we are looking for postdoc(s) with experience in:

•             game theory and axiomatic analysis of social choice conflict; or

•             experiments to analyse the behaviour of our theoretical predictions.

We are looking for talented and innovative young scientists, strongly committed to high quality frontier research and able to add new insights to the existing URV core expertise. Only candidates with an outstanding record of research achievements and publications in top-quality journals will be considered
