EU RESEARCH FRAMEWORK PROGRAMMEH2020 / Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions
ORGANISATION/COMPANYUniversity of Southern Denmark
DEPARTMENTDepartment of Political Science
The Department of Political Science and Public Management is looking for excellent and highly motivated researchers to submit joint projects under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships action. If successful, the project will lead to a position at our university for two years as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow.
Accepted fellows will be working at the Department of Political Science and Public Management in the Danish Centre for Welfare Studies (DaWS). DaWS focuses on the normative foundation of the welfare state and its development in a comparative and historical perspective, responses of the welfare state to external challenges and the impact of the welfare state on individuals. The Centre is truly interdisciplinary in that it includes political scientists, economists, historians, literary researchers and sociologists and has a strong track record of hosting Marie Curie fellows.
The successful candidate(s) will have a strong international profile, a competitive record of research publications, and have demonstrated exceptional potential to excel in scientific research. We offer a uniquely ambitious research environment, and we expect successful applicants to actively engage in the development of the research unit.
If interested in pursuing this opportunity, please forward your CV and a short, motivated application. Applicants should briefly address how they and their research relate and could contribute to the Danish Centre for Welfare Studies. The selected candidates will be invited for further talks, an application workshop and, of course, the joint fellowship application.
Expressions of interest must be forwarded before April 2, 2018 to email@example.com. Selected candidates are expected to participate in a Marie Curie IF masterclass hosted by consultants from Yellow Research.
The MSCA Individual Fellowship deadline is on September 12, 2018.
