“Expression of Interest” for hosting Fellows at Professor Frédéric Amant’s group

We are looking for a passionate postdoc (or recent PhD graduate) with pharmacological background that is willing to apply for the Marie Curie Individual Fellowships (MCIF) 2020 call (deadline September 9th) to join the group of Professor Frédéric Amant at Amsterdam UMC (location AMC). Selected candidates will receive dedicated support from our group to write a successful proposal (see below).

For the Marie Curie IF call of 2020, we are looking for a postdoc with experience in the pharmacological field to carry out research on the transfer of chemotherapy in breast milk.

Successful candidates will join a dynamic, young and well-equipped research group with a multidisciplinary research environment in the gynecological oncology field. Selected candidates will become coordinator of the project and gain tremendous technical, management and academic skills that will enhance your academic CV. Selected candidates, will have a chance to apply for a travel grant to help with the preparation of the proposal. They will also be eligible to attend an intensive Master Class in how to write Marie Curie proposals.


Eligibility for applicants:

-Meet the eligibility requirements for the MSCA-IF fellowships:


-Background in pharmacology (or related field).

-Publications in top ranking scientific journals.

-English fluency and good interpersonal and communication skills.
