The Electrochemical Engineering research group of the Technical University of Valencia (UPV) is searching candidates aiming to apply for a PhD contract in the national call FPU of the Spanish Ministry of Education.
The candidate would carry out her/his PhD on the removal of micropollutants present in wastewaters by means of electrochemical reactors. Our research group produces ceramic microporous electrodes which are capable of performing a dual function: as a microfiltration membrane and as an anode where organic matter can be degraded.
To be eligible, the candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
- The candidate should have obtained a B.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
- The candidate has a mean average mark of 8/10.
- The candidate has obtained a M.Sc. degree
