Cancer Heterogeneity Lab - Dr. María del Mar Vivanco and Dr. Robert Kypta
The Cancer Heterogeneity Lab at CIC bioGUNE is looking for motivated experienced reseracher of any nationality to apply for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowship call (H2020-MSCA-IF-2019). These fellowships provide opportunities to researchers with previous experience to acquire new knowledge, realise their creative potential and transfer their skills. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to diversify their skill set through advanced training and international and cross-disciplinary mobility. The laboratory has several exciting projects in the area of cancer research that build on our recent publications in Oncogene (Domenici et al., A Sox2-Sox9 signalling axis maintains human breast luminal progenitor and breast cancer stem cells, 2019) and Nature Communications (Murillo-Garzon et al., Frizzled-8 integrates Wnt-11 and transforming growth factor-beta signalling in prostate cancer, 2018); see also https://www.cicbiogune.es/people/mdmvivanco.

The Experienced Researcher must be, at the date of the call deadline (11 September 2019), in possession of a doctoral degree or has at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience.
- Standard: The researcher cannot have resided or carried out his/her main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the three years immediately before the call deadline (11 September 2019).
- Reintegration: researchers who wish to return directly from a Third Country and reintegrate in a longer term research position in Europe. The researcher cannot have resided or carried out the main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than three years in the five years immediately before the call deadline (11 September 2019).
