Universidad del Rosario would like to invite you to submit a short abstract on your intended book chapter to be publiched in the above edited book.

The book Environmental sustainability and development in organizations: Challenges and new strategies seeks to show from different approaches the relationship between environmental sustainability and development in public and private organizations taking into account challenges and new strategies that allow to understand the possibilities and improvements to maintain competitiveness maintained growth and development. For these issues are important to analysis effects of innovation, new technologies, policy and instruments to motivate organizations in conserve and maintain natural resources, marketing strategies, green supply chain, trends in low carbon, sustainable development goals, among other.

The abstract should not exceed two pages highlighting the main contributions in terms of: 

1. Domain: Specifies the real appplication domain and a clear statement of the investigated issue. 

2. Novelty and Contributions: Provide clear statemers on the advancement of knowledge in the theory selecting some of the following relationship: 

  • Circular economy and organizations
  • Eco-innovation
  • Green Markets
  • Low carbon industries
  • Relationship between growht, human index and environmental performance
  • Performance
  • Green supply chain management
  • Eco-services
  • Environment and development
  • Environment economics and natural resources
  • Environment management and social responsibility
  • Sustainable development goals and companies
  • Related topics

3. Strategic and Policy Implications: Provide statements on the impact of the results on the organizations and public policies. 

 

Submission Procedure

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before October 7, 2019, a chapter proposal of 500 to 1000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by November 5, 2019 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by February 28, 2020. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis.
