Your duties
- Autonomous research and publication activity in the field of Empirical Learningworld Research & Higher Education Didactics
- Participation in existing research projects and development of new research proposals in the field of Empirical Learningworld Research & Higher Education Didactics
- Conceptualisation and implementation of autonomous research projects and contribution to acquisition of the necessary third-party funding in the focal points of the work area
- Active participation in national and international conferences
- Teaching of own autonomous courses and participation in the teaching and examination activities of the institute
- Support of students
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Completed doctorate/PhD in the field of Pedagogy or Social Sciences
- Profound knowledge of empirical-scientific research
- Experience in the application of third-party funded projects
- Tertiary teaching experience, knowledge in the field of higher education didactics
- Intention to habilitate (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Highly committed and motivated approach to academic work
- Ability to work autonomously and to use own initiative
- Excellent team skills and organisational capabilities
Requirements
Additional Information
The minimum salary as stated in the collective agreement and according to the classification scheme is EUR 4.061,50 gross/month (for full-time employment). This minimum salary may be higher due to previous employment periods eligible for inclusion and other earnings and remunerations.
