Implement CRISPR-Cas9 screens to identify actionable vulnerabilities in metastatic uveal melanoma. Perform functional validation of the hit identified in cellular and preclinical models.

Eligibility criteria

PhD, +6 years of experience, knowledge in uveal melanomas, expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 screens

Use of classical biological approaches for the study of proliferation, migration, invasion and associated molecular biomarkers

Specific Requirements

Competences in cellular and molecular biology

Educational qualifications to supervise trainees

Great autonomy capacity

Rigor and organization

Writing scientific articles in English
