Tasks:
The tasks include teaching and supervision in human ecology and especially in the areas of non-industrial livelihoods, the political ecology of the world system and the ecological economy. Teaching and supervision in cultural geography and economic geography may also occur. Administrative tasks can also form part of the tasks. Teaching and supervision in both English and Swedish.
Qualifications:
The position requires a doctoral degree in human ecology or in an area relevant to the position, or that corresponding knowledge has been acquired in another way in Sweden or abroad and that the applicant has other skills that are important with regard to the subject of the employment and the tasks included in the employment.
Employment as a senior lecturer also requires, unless there are special reasons, a university pedagogical education of at least five weeks or that equivalent knowledge has been acquired in some other way.
The employment also requires that the applicant has teaching experience, primarily from a Swedish university or college, as well as a documented ability to teach in English.
One of the most important assessment criteria is the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with and carry out the teaching assignment.
