an open COMPETITION for the position of

INSTRUCTOR

at the Institute of Health Sciences, H. Cegielski PSW in Gniezno

Only those who meet the conditions set out in art. 113, 116 paragraph 4 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85) and in § 73, 74 and 75 of H. Cegielski PSW in Gniezno and meet the criteria indicated in the competition can take part in it.

Requirements to be met by the candidate:

 

  1. A master’s degree in nursing.
  2. The right to practise as a nurse.
  3. At least 3 years of experience working as a vocational teacher in the field of nursing.
  4. Specialization in the area of long-term care.
  5. Practical experience in the area of paediatric nursing.
  6. Declaration to recognize H. Cegielski PSW in Gniezno as the primary place of employment.

 

 

 

Required documents from the candidate:

 

1. application for employment;2. CV;

3. personal questionnaire for the person applying for employment;

4. copy of the diploma and other documents confirming the qualifications held

and meeting the requirements set out in generally applicable regulations and additional requirements and containing data on prior employment;

5. declaration of consent to employment at H. Cegielski PSW in Gniezno at the primary workplace;

6. photocopies of certificates, certificates of completed courses and professional development;

7. information on scientific, didactic and organizational achievements with a list of publications;

8. declaration of having full legal capacity;

9. declaration on exercising full public rights;

10. statement of no criminal record with a disciplinary penalty depriving the right to pursue the profession of an academic teacher for a permanent or temporary use;

11. candidate's declaration of consent to the processing of personal data in connection with the competition procedure.

 

According to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR) we hereby inform that:

3. Personal data is processed to recruit candidates for employment. Personal data is processed according to the following legal grounds: art. 22¹ §1of the Act of June 26, 1974 (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2020, item 1320, as amended), art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science in connection with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR.

4. Candidates' personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

5. Data of candidates not qualified for employment will be kept for 3 months or until consent to participate in subsequent recruitment is withdrawn.

6. Each data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it and obtain a copy of the data. Each person has the right to request the data controller to limit data processing, to object to the processing, has the right to transfer personal data or delete them. Every person has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

7. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Providing personal data is required to take part in the recruitment process. Providing personal data is required according to the above-mentioned legal acts. Failure to provide personal data prevents participation in recruitment.

9. No automated processing is made based on the stored personal data.

10. After being qualified for the employment, personal data will be processed to fulfill other legal obligations of the administrator towards the employee.

The university does not reimburse the costs incurred by the participants of the competition related to the entire process of participation in the competition.
