OFFER DESCRIPTION

- Development and execution of lines of research focused on the genetics of childhood cancer: liquid biopsy, search for genetic biomarkers and genetic / epigenetic characterization of solid and hematological childhood tumors.

 

- Participation in national and international pediatric cancer genetics networks.

 

- Participation in various group projects related to the diagnostic and therapeutic optimization of pediatric tumors such as cell therapy with NKAES or CART cells.

 

- Collection and processing of biological samples, RNA and DNA extraction.

 

- Analysis of genetic techniques such as NGS, RNAseq and methylation.

 

- Design and cloning of CAR (Chimeric Antigen Receptor) vectors

 

- In vitro / in vivo tests

 

- Writing of scientific articles

 

- Participation in lab meetings and seminars and courses related to the research group

 

- Training of technical staff and undergraduate / master / doctoral students
