OFFER DESCRIPTION

Design, presentation and leadership of research projects.

Bioinformatic analysis of genetic studies and reporting.

Development and work with mouse models for coagulation diseases.

Performance of global techniques to assess hemostasis (rotational thromboelastography, thrombin generation test by automated calibrated thromboscopy, T-TAS system) and platelet function (flow cytometry).

Carrying out molecular and cellular biology techniques.

Analysis of results, writing of manuscripts for publication and dissemination of results at conferences and patient associations.

Supervision and training of laboratory personnel and students in their charge.

Skills/Qualifications

Postdoctoral experience that includes stays abroad and with solid training in molecular biology and clinical genetics in the area of ​​thrombopathies, hemophilia and other congenital coagulopathies.

Specific Requirements

Experience in haemostasis evaluation techniques for the study of thrombopathies, hemophilia and other congenital coagulopathies.

Experience in flow cytometry: data management and analysis

Experience in technologies and bioinformatic analysis of NGS: WES, gene panels, RNAseq, etc.

Experience in cell culture and molecular biology for the study of cell signaling mechanisms in platelets and megakaryocytes.

Experience in fluorescence and confocal microscopy: sample processing and use of confocal microscope.

Experience in the generation and characterization of mouse models with hemostatic disorders.

Experience in the genetic and molecular study of telomeropathies (aplastic anemia or dyskeratosis congenita): analysis of telomere length and telomerase activity.

Experience in managing research projects.
