OFFER DESCRIPTION

[Job description]
We work on development of advanced materials for realizing carbon-neutral energy by using severe plastic deformation and high-entropy materials. The successful candidate should focus on the development of advanced photocatalysts by employing the concept of high-entropy materials as well as torsional straining. A good knowledge of materials science, microstructure and crystallography and high motivation for research and team working on catalysts are required. The successful candidate should also contribute to general activities of the laboratory.

a. Salary: around 4.5 through 5 million JPY (Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.)
b. Contract period: until March 31, 2022 (Renewal of the appointment beyond the date shall be considered based on annual performance)
