Position: 1 position for Assistant, Associate or Full (tenure track) Professor in the field of Human Resources Management / Organizational Behavior for Research track
Starting date: September 1st, 2022
Institution: Nova School of Business and Economics (Universidade Nova de Lisboa)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

 

Position description: Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE), a triple-accredited institution (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA), announces the opening of positions at the Assistant, Associate or Full (tenure track) Professor level in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior in the Research track, effective in September 2022. Applicants should have, or be about to complete, a Ph.D. degree in Management or Human Resources, Organizational Behavior. Candidates need to demonstrate the capacity to contribute to the development of Nova SBE’s research and teaching activities in the field of Human Resources. Candidates should have teaching experience at the university level (Bachelor and Master) and demonstrate strong academic leadership skills. Compensation and teaching load are competitive with top universities in Europe.

School description: Nova SBE offers programs in management, economics, and finance at the undergraduate, master, MBA, and doctorate levels. Benefits

The conditions of employment comply with the terms of Regulation no 409/2018 of 20 June, and the Labour Code, approved by Law no 7/2009 of 12 February, with subsequent amendments ("Labour Code"). Salary is subject to training and experience and may vary depending on the category (Assistant, Associate or Full) and career stage and based on a full-time contract of 35 hours. Favourable tax agreements may apply to non-Portuguese applicants.
