DESCRIPTION (scope, requirements, general remarks):

The purpose of this competition is to fill the position of Teaching Instructor in the Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Rehabilitation and Biological Regeneration

full time employment: 540 hours per academic year

contract for specified period in Pomeranian University (Akademia Pomorska) as primary employment

Post requirements: holding classes with students (general and specialized courses: simulation excercises, clinical excercises, practical skills excercises), performing year tutor duties and lab supervisor duties, promoting the Institute among the local community.

Requisite qualifications: The candidate shall have a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. The candidate shall have a certificate of practice for the physiotherapy profession and work experience as a physiotherapist. Qualifing courses: Osteopathy in pediatrics and neonatology, static dry needling, palpatory anatomy, The Godelieve Denys-Struyf method (GDS), fascial distortion model, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, modern physiotherapy (shockwave therapy, radiation therapy, high power laser therapy), deep tissue massage, kinesiotaping, Spa massage techniques.
