OFFER DESCRIPTION

The research project asks to develop a governance framework for the co-creation of public services by governments and companies. By using a design science research approach, this ESR project aims to:- review co-creation related theories, open data-related theories and public service literature (through a systematic literature review);- analyse public customized services that use open data and that are co-created by private stakeholders and government organizations (through case studies, including interviews);
- design and develop a governance framework for the co-creation of public services by (and using open data from) governments and companies;
- test the developed governance framework.
