The researcher will be in charge of research and teaching activities for the master's degree in Religious Sciences, for the academic discipline Medieval History.Research activities will focus on the context of the religious history of Europe in the Middle Ages, with particular reference to the dynamics of confrontation and clash in matters of faith, analysing the involvement of ecclesiastical institutions, civil powers, scholastic structures and society in the Late Middle Ages.The research will adopt comparative perspectives and innovative interdisciplinary approaches, bridging history and other social science disciplines. The research project will involve participation in national and international conferences, and collaboration with groups operating in national and international institutions. The researcher will contribute to reinforcing and developing links and relationships between the Department and other national and international institutions.
