The Institute of Mathematics for Industry at Kyushu University (Fukuoka, JAPAN) invites applications for an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITION starting from April 2022.

Number of Positions: one assistant professor

Subject Area(s): mathematical statistics, statistical sciences, statistical machine learning,
computational statistics

The position is not tenure-track, and the term of employment is initially fixed to five years. After evaluating the achievements during the initial term, the employment can be extended for additional five years only once.
