The project aims to construct an illustrative (non exhaustive) database of texts produced in Roman Africa, in Egypt and in the Nile Valley, in which the Greek and Latin scripts are used to write other languages. The considered typologies are the following: a) Greek texts in Latin script and Latin texts in Greek script; b) Latino-Punic and Latino-Libyan texts; c) Coptic texts of different typologies (documents, literary texts, etc.); d) Old Nubian texts
